Возможности методов лучевой диагностики в оценке гемодинамики и сократимости миокарда при желудочковых нарушениях ритма сердца

Аннотация

В настоящее время изучение желудочковых нарушений ритма (ЖНР) сердца представляет актуальность для аритмологии и кардиологии. Они составляют около 30% от всех аритмий и имеют разнообразную этиопатогенетическую основу. При отсутствии заметного влияния на качество жизни пациента ЖНР сердца могут стать причиной фибрилляции желудочков, тяжелых нарушений кровообращения и внезапной
сердечной смерти.
В данном исследовании проведено сравнение возможностей лучевых методов в оценке гемодинамики и сократимости миокарда желудочков у пациентов с желудочковыми
аритмиями.
Результаты анализа показали, что на сегодняшний день с этой целью используется множество современных методов лучевой диагностики, среди которых нельзя выделить наиболее предпочтительный для выявления причин и изучения нарушений гемодинамики. Каждый из методов имеет свои особенности применения у пациентов с аритмиями.
