Рак языка и дна полости рта: современные аспекты диагностики

Аннотация

В настоящее время проблема диагностики и лечения рака языка и дна полости рта сохраняет свою актуальность, так как 60–80% пациентов впервые обращаются к специалистам лишь на последних стадиях заболевания. В обзоре проанализированы
данные отечественной и зарубежной литературы, посвященные основным методам лучевой диагностики рака языка и дна полости рта. Отражены возможности компьютерной томографии в диагностике данной патологии, оценке глубоко лежащих анатомических структур языка и дна полости рта, а также в выявлении метастатического поражения лимфатических узлов шеи.
