ДИАГНОСТИЧЕСКАЯ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТЬ И БЕЗОПАСНОСТЬ МАКРОЦИКЛИЧЕСКИХ ГАДОЛИНИЙСОДЕРЖАЩИХ МАГНИТНО-РЕЗОНАНСНЫХ КОНТРАСТНЫХ СРЕДСТВ

Аннотация

Приведены сведения о безопасности и диагностической эффективности макроциклических магнитно-резонансных контрастных средств: гадобутрола, гадотеридола и гадотеровой кислоты. Сделан вывод о том, что при стандартной дозе 0,1 ммоль/кг массы тела гадобутрол имеет благоприятный профиль безопасности и хорошо переносится детьми, в том числе новорожденными, и взрослыми. По сравнению с гадотеридолом и гадотеровой кислотой гадобутрол, благодаря повышенной релаксивности и двойной концентрации гадолиния, обладает более высокой диагностической эффективностью и имеет фармакоэкономические преимущества.
