Современные малоинвазивные способы верификации диагноза у больных с опухолями лёгких

Аннотация

Рак легкого является одной из актуальных проблем современной онкологии. Эффективность подбора химиотерапии обусловливает правильная морфологическая верификация. С учетом распространенности опухолевого процесса в большинстве случаев хирургическая операция не показана, поэтому необходимо получить материал для морфологического исследования другими способами. Данная статья посвящена со-
временным способам получения опухолевого материала на дооперационном этапе и в случаях, когда операция не показана, с целью подбора эффективной химиотерапии.
