Выполнено одноцентровое ретроспективное наблюдательное когортное исследование. В исследование включено 127 медицинских карт респондентов, которым проведена операция одно- или двухуровневой ТА шейных межпозвонковых дисков по поводу их дегенеративного заболевания. Медицинские карты разделены на две группы - группа курящих (n = 52) и группа некурящих (n = 95).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В послеоперационном периоде наблюдения статистически значимых различий в значениях величины шейного лордоза и амплитуды движений оперированных сегментов не выявлено. Сравнение показателей амплитуды движений оперированных сегментов в пред- и послеоперационном периодах в группе курящих пациентов продемонстрировало наличие достоверных различий в значениях указанного рентгенологического параметра (р = 0,017). Сравнение показателей утраты сегментарной мобильности оперированных сегментов и частоты встречаемости гетеротопической оссификации не выявило достоверных различий. Анализ кривых Каплана-Мейера показал отсутствие статистически значимых различий между используемыми типами имплантов у курящих пациентов.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Курение не оказывает статистически значимого влияния на рентгенологические исходы у пациентов после выполнения операций одно- или двухуровневой ТА межпозвонковых дисков шейного отдела позвоночника.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to investigate the impact of smoking on radiological outcomes in patients after one- and two-level total arthroplasty (ТА) of the cervical intervertebral discs.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. A single-center retrospective observational cohort study was performed. The study included 127 medical records of patients who had undergone one- or two-level TA of the cervical intervertebral discs for their degenerative disease. The medical records were divided into two groups: 32 smokers and 95 nonsmokers.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. No statistically significant differences were found in the values of cervical lordosis and the movement amplitude of the operated segments in the postoperative period. Comparing the values of the movement amplitude of the operated segments in the group of smoking patients demonstrated significant pre- and postoperative differences in the values of the above radiological parameter (p = 0.017). Comparing the rates of loss of segmental motion of the operated segments and the incidence of heterotopic ossification did not reveal any significant differences. Analysis of Kaplan-Meier curves showed no statistically significant differences between the types of implants used in smoking patients.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
