Особенностью представленной работы является успешное повторное стентирование передней нисходящей артерии в области стент-эндартерэктомии после коронарного шунтирования.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper describes a clinical case of multistep treatment for coronary heart disease in a patient with diffuse coronary arterial involvement after multiple stenting.
