В наблюдении раскрываются диагностические возможности компьютерной томографии для решения вопросов, возникающих при выполнении судебно-медицинских экспертиз. Рассмотрен случай применения компьютерной томографии для определения характера образования травмы головы у ребёнка в возрасте 1 месяц. Повреждения черепа, выявленные с помощью компьютерной томографии, имели характерные признаки, указывающие на компрессионный механизм причинения черепно-мозговой травмы. Междисциплинарный подход позволил исключить причинение имеющейся у ребёнка травмы головы в результате падения.

The observation reveals the diagnostic capabilities of computed tomography to address issues arising in the implementation of forensic medical examinations. It considers a case of computed tomography used to determine the nature of brain injury in a 1-month-old baby. Cranial injuries detected by computed tomography had characteristic signs indicating the compression mechanism of causing brain injury. An interdisciplinary approach made it possible to exclude causes for a child's head injuries resulting from a fall.
