Сравнение значений минеральной плотности кости, полученных за 1 год применения асинхронной количественной компьютерной томографии (ККТ) в двух городских поликлиниках (ГП).</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В работу включены женщины в возрасте от 40 до 85 лет (694 пациентки в ГП-А и 724 пациентки в ГП-Б), которым была проведена ККТ области проксимального отдела бедра и позвоночника. Проводилось сравнение значений минеральной плотности кости (МПК) с заложенными в программное обеспечение ККТ референсными данными с помощью методов регрессионного анализа. Количественные показатели рассчитаны соответственно Z-критерию. Для стандартизации показателей ККТ в ГП-А и ГП-Б выполнена кросс-калибровка с помощью фантома.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. При сравнении полученных средних значений МПК с референсными данными для трех зон центральной денситометрии было установлено статистически значимое (p&lt;0,05) снижение средних значений МПК относительно нормативных на протяжении всего анализируемого возрастного диапазона. Для области «позвоночник» получены значения Z-критерия: для ГП-А Z= – 0,37 SD; для ГП-Б Z= – 0,84 SD; для зоны «проксимальный отдел бедра» – в группе пациенток из ГП-А среднее значение Z= – 0,70 SD, в ГП-Б среднее значение Z= – 1,22 SD; для зоны «шейка бедра» Z= – 0,54 SD и Z= – 1,06 SD соответственно. Показана выраженная корреляция между показателями МПК для областей «шейка бедра» и «проксимальный отдел бедра»: r=0,83 в ГП-А и r=0,79 в ГП-Б. При сравнении коэффициентов линий регрессий по зонам «проксимальный отдел бедра» и «позвоночник» было выявлено, что для ГПБ смещение прямой значимо ниже (p&lt;0,05), чем для ГП-А. Различий коэффициентов наклона для данных областей не наблюдалось. Результаты сравнения линий регрессий для зоны «шейка бедра» статистически незначимы как для коэффициента наклона (p=0,576), так и для смещения (p=0,056).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. При сравнении собственных результатов исследования МПК с референсными данными отмечено статистически значимое снижение полученных показателей МПК в двух ГП. Это может быть связано с разной стратегией направления на ККТ, а также с некоторыми допущениями данного исследования.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To compare bone mineral density (BMD) values derived during one-year asynchronous quantitative computed tomography (QCT) in two urban polyclinics (UPs).</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The investigation enrolled women aged 40 to 85 years: 694 and 724 patients in UP А and UP B, respectively, who underwent QCT scanning of the proximal femur and spine. The BMD values were compared with the reference data embedded in the QCP software, by using the methods of regression analysis. Quantitative indicators were calculated using the Z-test. To standardize the indicators of QCT in UP A and UP B, cross-calibration was performed using a phantom.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Comparison of the obtained mean BMD values with the reference one for three regions of central densitometry established a statistically significant (p&lt;0.05) decrease in the mean BMD values relative to the normative ones within the analyzed age range. The spine Z scores were  – 0.37 SD in UP А and  – 0.84 SD in UP B; the mean proximal femur Z scores were  – 0.70 SD and  – 1.22 SD in UP А and UP B, respectively; the mean femoral neck Z scores were  – 0.54 SD and  – 1.06 SD, respectively. The values of femoral neck and proximal femur BMD displayed pronounced correlations (r=0.83 in UP А and r=0.79 in UP B). Comparison of regression line coefficients in the proximal femur and spine regions revealed that the offset of a straight line was significantly lower in UP B than in UP А (p&lt;0.05). There were no differences in the slope coefficients for these regions. The results of comparing the regression lines for the femoral neck were statistically insignificant for both the slope coefficient (p=0.576) and for the offset (p=0.056).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Comparison of the authors' own results of the BMD study with the reference data has shown a statistically significant decrease in the obtained BMD values in two UPs.
