Определение этиологического фактора возникновения и поддержания фибрилляции предсердий имеет первостепенное клиническое значение и служит необходимым условием для успешного лечения.</p><p>Представлен клинический случай диагностики миокардита у пациента с фибрилляцией предсердий, резистентной к медикаментозной терапии. Дополнительно пациенту была выполнена однофотонная эмиссионная компьютерная томография/компьютерная томография с 99mTc-пирофосфатом для диагностики воспалительного процесса в миокарде и последующего сопоставления результатов с данными гистологического исследования (эндомиокардиальная биопсия).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Atrial fibrillation is the most common type of cardiac arrhythmia. Identification of an etiological factor for the occurrence and maintenance of atrial fibrillation is of paramount clinical importance and is a necessary condition for successful treatment.</p><p>The paper describes a clinical case of myocarditis diagnosed in a patient with atrial fibrillation resistant to drug therapy.
