Новые передовые методы магнитно-резонансной томографии, такие как функциональная (фМРТ) и диффузионно-тензорная (ДТ-МРТ) визуализация, позволяют оценить изменения вещества головного мозга при БА на микроструктурном и функциональном уровнях и могут быть использованы в диагностике данного патологического процесса на ранних этапах когнитивных нарушений. В представленном литературном обзоре был выполнен поиск литературных источников в электронных базах данных и научных библиотеках PubMed, Medscape, Elsevier, Cyberleninka, по материалам которых выделены достоинства и недостатки использования фМРТ и ДТ-МРТ при БА, а также оценено клиническое применение этих методов в диагностике ранней стадии БА.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Alzheimer's disease (AD) is the most common form of dementia among neurodegenerative diseases. New advanced methods of magnetic resonance imaging, such as functional (fMRI) and diffusiontensor imaging (DT-MRI), can evaluate changes in brain matter of AD at the microstructural and functional levels and can be used in the diagnostics of this pathological process on early stages of cognitive impairment. In this review, a literature search was made in electronic databases and scientific libraries of PubMed, Medscape, Elsiever, Cyberleninka.
