Представлен анализ литературы, посвященной анатомии микроциркуляторного русла сердца, поиску возможных путей выполнения методики глубокого проведения коронарного проводника. Описаны новые данные научных исследований, позволяющие судить о возможности осуществления данной методики и ее безопасности.

The presented literature analysis is focused on the heart microvasculature and finding new ways to perform the method of deep coronary penetration technique. Also, new data reflecting the technique’s efficacy and safety are published on regular basis.
