Проведена оценка возможностей методов лучевой диагностики в выявлении местных тканевых реакций после лучевой терапии, проявляющихся в виде радионекроза. Для анализа изменений костной ткани выполнялись клинико-лабораторное обследование, а также комплексная лучевая диагностика, что позволило достоверно оценить состояние костных структур и мягких тканей, определить степень поражения и выявить осложнения. По данным проведенных рентгенологических исследований установлено, что при оценке состояния костной ткани многосрезовая компьютерная томография (МСКТ) и конусно-лучевая компьютерная томография (КЛКТ) сопоставимы по диагностической эффективности, однако для выявления изменений мягких тканей более информативна МСКТ. КЛКТ может успешно применяться в ходе и после лечения остеонекроза челюстей в качестве контрольного метода для оценки его эффективности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper describes a case of mandibular osteonecrosis in a patient who has received a radiotherapy cycle for tongue cancer. It deals with estimating the capacities of radiodiagnostic techniques to detect local tissue responses manifesting as radionecrosis after radiotherapy. To assess bone changes, clinical and laboratory examinations and comprehensive radiodiagnosis were made, which could validly evaluate the bone structures and soft tissues, determine the degree of injury, and identify complications. X-ray studies established that when evaluating the bone tissue, multislice computed tomography (MSCT) and cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) were comparable in their diagnostic efficiency; however, MSCT was of greater informative value for the detection of soft tissue changes.
