Исторически в ядерной медицине сложились несколько способов расчёта эффективной терапевтической активности: назначение фиксированной активности и персонализированный расчет активности на основе изучения индивидуальной радиобиокинетики, с последующим математическим моделированием процессов переноса излучения.</p><p>Накопленное разнообразие протоколов дозиметрического планирования радионуклидной терапии является свидетельством того, что пока еще не разработан оптимальный алгоритм расчёта, одновременно учитывающий все индивидуальные параметры человека и излучения (радиобиокинетика в мишени и в организме в целом, объём и функциональное состояние, влияние иных эндогенных факторов).
