Показаны изменения венозного русла сердца при приобретенных пороках сердца. Описана статистически значимая корреляция между размерами коронарного синуса и объемами правого желудочка, правого предсердия, а также митральной и трикуспидальной регургитации. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper describes the possibilities of visualizing the coronary veins in natural conditions via modifications of conventional CT and MRI protocols. It shows changes in the venous bed in acquired heart defects.
