Проведена динамическая лакримальная сцинтиграфия 6 добровольцам (12 глаз) и 20 пациентам (32 глаза) с дакриостенозом. При помощи изучаемой программы «Индис» и известной программы Syngo (Siemens, Германия) рассчитывали период полувыведения радиофармпрепарата из зоны интереса, соответствующей всей глазной поверхности. Также определяли время, затраченное на постпроцессинг результатов исследования.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Период полувыведения радиофармпрепарата у добровольцев при расчете с помощью программы «Индис» составил 6,57±2,46 мин, а при расчете с помощью системы Syngo – 7,54±3,21 мин. У пациентов с дакриостенозом аналогичные показатели составили 69,39±65,52 и 74,85±64,59 мин соответственно. Время, затраченное на постпроцессинг, при использовании программы «Индис» и системы Syngo составило 12,3±4,2 и 26,3±7,9 мин соответственно.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Показана практическая значимость программного комплекса «Индис» при обработке данных лакримальной сцинтиграфии. Расчеты, осуществленные в программе</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to study the diagnostic importance of a new Indis software package for the postprocessing of the results of radionuclude examinations (Center for Information and Diagnostic Systems, St. Petersburg, Russia) when analyzing the results of lacrimal scintigraphy.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. Dynamic lacrimal scintigraphy was carried out in 6 volunteers (12 eyes) and 20 patients (32 years) with dacryostenosis. The examined Indis program and the known Syngo program (Siemens, Germany) were used to calculate the   elimination half-life of a radiopharmaceutical from the interest region corresponding to the whole ocular surface. The time taken to postprocess the results of the  examination was also determined.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. When calculations were made using the Indis program and the Syngo system, the elimination half-lives of a tracer in the volunteers was 6.57±2.46 and 7.54±3.21 min, respectively. These in the patents with dacryostenosis were 69.39±65.52 and 74.85±64.59 min.
